Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may obtain a refund for Services purchased from Weronika Laszczka, Narciarska 9A, 31-579 Kraków, Poland. It is provided in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Polish law.
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from its conclusion without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement (for example by email to hello@laszczka.digital) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) contracts for services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance; (b) supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement; (c) goods or services made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw within the 14-day period and work has not yet started, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision, using the same means of payment as you used, unless agreed otherwise. If you requested that work begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the work performed until you communicated the withdrawal.
4. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are governed by the statement of work signed with the client. Where work has been delivered and accepted, the corresponding amounts are non-refundable. For undelivered milestones, refunds may be issued in proportion to the unperformed work, less any reasonable costs already incurred.
5. Defective deliverables
If a deliverable is non-conforming with the agreed scope, please notify us within a reasonable period. We will, at our option, correct the defect, re-perform the Service or, where this is not possible, provide a price reduction or refund consistent with applicable law, including the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) under Polish Civil Code.
6. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@laszczka.digital including the invoice number, the date of purchase and the reason for the request. We will respond within 14 days.
7. Dispute resolution
Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This Policy does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.
